The framework is an EU compliant framework accessible to any organisation within the Public Sector throughout the United Kingdom. The framework provides a one-stop-shop for an organisations’ office supplies services requirements from across the 10 lots. As well as the following benefits:

  The framework is supported by a Help Desk which offers advice on any aspect of the framework use and contract management issues. The Help Desk provides dedicated support to the framework, providing an enhanced standard of framework support.

• WIDE CHOICE OF PROCUREMENT ROUTES:
  The framework provides a choice of procurement routes; with organisations having the choice of fulfilling their requirements either through the One-Stop- Shop or the specific supplies and services Lots.

• WIDER SCOPE OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES:
  The framework also provides a comprehensive choice of workplace supplies and services; providing an efficient supply route for an organisations’ entire workplace supplies and services’ needs.

• PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES:
  The framework provides a free of charge consultancy service across all Lots to ensure organisations’ requirements are appropriately understood and specified to ensure maximum efficiency and value for money is delivered.

• CHOICE OF PROCUREMENT OPTIONS:

  • DIRECT AWARD:
    Organisations can direct award their business under all framework Lots without engaging in further competition.

  • FURTHER COMPETITION:
    Further competition is available under Lot 2, should organisations wish to pursue added value for their office stationery and associated supplies requirements.

• INDIVIDUAL ORGANISATIONAL CORE LISTS:
  Organisations are to free to agree their own organisational specific core lists, so supply choices can be tailored to deliver maximum value for money.
